Formative Assessments
Researcher Laura Greenstein sums up a professional consensus on formative assessment, which is rooted in three significant concepts:

Formative assessment is focused on students.
Formative assessment is instructionally informative.
Formative assessment is based on outcomes. Frequent opportunities for teachers to identify student progress and provide feedback are at the heart of formative assessment. Formative assessments are used to capture snapshots of students' knowledge or skill at particular moments. There are many ways that teachers generate these snapshots of how their students are doing to track their progress.

Some aspects of effective formative assessment strategies include:

Use questions as assessments and as feedback that moves learning forward.
Involve students in thinking about their learning.
Plan to assess learning during and between lessons (short-cycle formative assessment).
Provide immediate feedback.
Look for patterns in student work and plan future instruction based on the results.

Evaluations
Identify a student with a disability in your classroom. Specifically, identify a student that has difficulty accessing information or instructions or demonstrating knowledge within the same timeframe as other students. For example, the student might have difficulty staying focused on classwork and, therefore, does not complete work on time. To protect the privacy of your student, please use a first name only, or else use an alias.
Describe the student you selected, making sure to include:

Basic details about the student, including age, gender, first language, etc.
A description of the student's disability category and the barrier that interferes with the student’s ability to access or demonstrate learning
At least three of the student’s strengths
What the student is having difficulty with (e.g., completing a task on time)

Global education helps

GCED aims to empower learners to assume active roles to face and resolve global challenges and to become proactive contributors to a more peaceful, tolerant, inclusive, and secure world. Education for global citizenship helps young people develop the core competencies which allow them to actively engage with the world and help make it a more just and sustainable place. It is a form of civic learning that involves students’ active participation in projects that address global issues of a social, political, economic, or environmental nature.

It relies on rapid and reliable feedback between programmers and customers, emphasizing the speed and efficiency of development workflows. Lean uses the idea of a work product being “pulled” via customer request. It gives decision-making authority to individuals and small teams since this has been proven to be a faster and more efficient method than a hierarchical flow of control. Lean also concentrates on the efficient use of team resources, trying to ensure that everyone is as productive as possible for the maximum amount of time. It strongly recommends that automated unit tests be written at the same time the code is written.
