The main principles of the Lean methodology include:
Eliminating Waste
Amplifying Learning
Deciding as Late as Possible
Delivering as Fast as Possible
Empowering the Team
Building Integrity In
Seeing the Whole
Lean development eliminates waste by asking users to select only the truly valuable features for a system, prioritize those features, and then work to deliver them in small batches. It relies on rapid and reliable feedback between programmers and customers, emphasizing the speed and efficiency of development workflows. Lean uses the idea of a work product being “pulled” via customer request. It gives decision-making authority to individuals and small teams since this has been proven to be a faster and more efficient method than a hierarchical flow of control. Lean also concentrates on the efficient use of team resources, trying to ensure that everyone is as productive as possible for the maximum amount of time. It strongly recommends that automated unit tests be written at the same time the code is written.

Master Schedule
Make a master schedule your child can use to block off time to work on his or her assignments. This will help your child prioritize projects and provide a structure to help keep him or her on track to meet due dates. Use a different color for each subject so your child can follow the schedule quickly and easily.

Incorporating Global Education into Practice
Global education helps
students develop their capacity to be informed, open-minded, and responsible people, who are responsive to diverse perspectives. Global education prepares us to address the world’s most pressing issues collaboratively, equitably, and sustainably. Global education helps students understand that pressing issues must be faced in an interdisciplinary way, given the complexity of environments and competing needs and interests.
The primary aim of Global Citizenship: Education (GCED) is nurturing respect for all, building a sense of belonging to a common humanity, and helping learners become responsible and active global citizens. GCED aims to empower learners to assume active roles to face and resolve global challenges and to become proactive contributors to a more peaceful, tolerant, inclusive, and secure world. Education for global citizenship helps young people develop the core competencies which allow them to actively engage with the world and help make it a more just and sustainable place. It is a form of civic learning that involves students’ active participation in projects that address global issues of a social, political, economic, or environmental nature.

ASSESSING LEARNING
Advanced employee management
Usually, large companies and organizations have a vast army of human resources working under them. In such scenarios where there’s a significant number of human employees to manage, it becomes challenging to supervise and manage the activities of the human resources efficiently. Such companies/organizations need an advanced employee management system that can handle everything related to the company’s human resources.
This project aims to build an employee management system that consolidates all the relevant information on a company’s human resources. It has two major components – Admin and Employee.

Industry and Technology Developments
NAIC System.
Changes in industry demand and technological innovations are important factors affecting future occupational employment, as we saw in the previous section. Furthermore, the projected employment published by the BLS is given for detailed industries and occupations. Thus, I describe the industry classification systems used by the BLS and other federal agencies. These systems provide a framework for assigning codes to establishments, allowing for consistent data collection and analyses of economic statistics in industries over time.
Federal statistical agencies used the Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) system in 1939 when it was first published by the former Bureau of the Budget, which is now the Office of Management and Budget (OMB). Like all classification systems, it was updated periodically. However, economic changes, such as the emerging services-oriented economy, increased use of computers, rapidly evolving technology, and globalization, motivated the need to change the industry classification system.

Article : internationally recognized certificate serves as proof of performance, strengthening both
https://www.bankrate.com/investing/stock-market-basics-for-beginners/Software testing is governed by seven principles:Absence of errors fallacy: Even if the software is 99% bug-free, it is unusable if it does not conform to the user's requirements. Software needs to be bug-free 99% of the time, and it must also meet all customer requirements.Testing shows the presence of errors: Testing can verify the presence of defects in software, but it cannot guarantee that the software is defect-free. Testing can minimize the number of defects, but it can't remove them all.Exhaustive testing is not possible: The software cannot be tested exhaustively, which means all possible test cases cannot be covered. Testing can only be done with a select few test cases, and it's assumed that the software will produce the right output in all cases. Taking the software through every test case will cost more, take more effort, etc., which makes it impractical.Defect clustering: The majority of defects are typically found in a small number of modules in a project. According to the Pareto Principle, 80% of software defects arise from 20% of modules.Pesticide Paradox: It is impossible to find new bugs by re-running the same test cases over and over again. Thus, updating or adding new test cases is necessary in order to find new bugs.Early testing: Early testing is crucial to finding the defect in the software. In the early stages of SDLC, defects will be detected more easily and at a lower cost. Software testing should start at the initial phase of software development, which is the requirement analysis phase.Testing is context-dependent: The testing approach varies depending on the software development context. Software needs to be tested differently depending on its type. For instance, an ed-tech site is tested differently than an Android app.
