Advanced employee management system
Usually, large companies and organizations have a vast army of human resources working under them. In such scenarios where there’s a significant number of human employees to manage, it becomes challenging to supervise and manage the activities of the human resources efficiently. Such companies/organizations need an advanced employee management system that can handle everything related to the company’s human resources.
This project aims to build an employee management system that consolidates all the relevant information on a company’s human resources. It has two major components – Admin and Employee.

Dynamic ecological system measures: A holistic analysis of compartmental systems
The system decomposition theory has recently been developed for the dynamic analysis of nonlinear compartmental systems. The application of this theory to the ecosystem analysis has also been introduced in a separate article. Based on this methodology, multiple new dynamic ecological system measures and indices of matrix, vector, and scalar types are systematically introduced in the present paper. These mathematical system analysis tools are quantitative ecological indicators that monitor the flow distribution and storage organization, quantify the direct, indirect, acyclic, cycling, and transfer (diact) effects and utilities of one compartment on another, identify the system efficiencies and stress, measure the compartmental exposures to system flows, determine the residence times and compartmental activity levels, and ascertain the system resilience and resistance in the case of disturbances. The proposed dynamic system measures and indices, thus, extract detailed information about ecosystems’ characteristics, as well as their functions, properties, behaviors, and various other system attributes that are potentially hidden in and even obscured by data. A dynamic technique for the quantitative characterization and classification of main interspecific interactions and the determination of their strength within food webs is also developed based on the diact effect and utility indices. Moreover, major concepts and quantities in the current static network analyses are also extended to nonlinear dynamic settings and integrated with the proposed dynamic measures and indices in this unifying mathematical framework. Therefore, the proposed methodology enables a holistic view and analysis of ecological systems. We consider that the proposed methodology brings a novel complex system theory to the service of urgent and challenging environmental problems of the day and has the potential to lead the way to a more formalistic ecological science.

Connecting Knowledge to Action through Global Education Competency
Competency Info
This is the second micro-credential in the “21st Century Learning through Global Education” stack. It is encouraged that the micro-credentials in this stack are earned in sequence, as each skill builds on the previous one in the stack.
The educator builds upon the identified considerations for practice by incorporating strategies and activities that support global education practices. The educator reflects and categorizes them according to the four global competencies.

Management Information System
Management Information System::
A key measure of the effectiveness of an MIS is the accuracy and reliability of its information. The accuracy of the data it uses and the calculations it applies generally determine the effectiveness of the resulting information. However, not all data needs to be equally accurate.

CICS stands for Customer Information Control System. CICS was developed in 1968 by IBM
CICS is a DB/DC system which is used in online applications. CICS was developed because batch operating system can execute only batch programs. CICS programs can be written in COBOL, C, C++, Java, etc. These days, users want information within seconds and in real time. To provide such quick service, we need a system which can process information online. CICS allows users to communicate with the back-end system to get the desired information. Examples of online programs include online banking system, flight reservation, etc. Following image shows the components of CICS and how they are inter-related −

CICS Overview
Functions of CICS
The main functions performed by CICS in an application are as follows −

CICS manages requests from concurrent users in an application.

Although, multiple users are working on CICS system but it gives a feel to user that he is the single user only.

CICS gives the access to data files for reading or updating them in an application.

Features of CICS
The features of CICS are as follows −

CICS is an operating system in itself, as it manages its own processor storage, has its own task manager which handles execution of multiple programs, and provides its own file management functions.

CICS provides online environment in batch operating system. Jobs submitted are executed immediately.

CICS is a generalized transaction processing interface.

It is possible to have two or more CICS regions at the same time, as CICS runs as a batch job in the operating system at the back-end.

Home-School Reinforcement System
Home-School Reinforcement System: One of the most reinforcement effective
strategies is collaboration with students’ parents. Communicate as frequently as
possible (daily is optimal) about the amount and quality of work, as well as the
increase or decrease in appropriate behavior to help parents coordinate their
reinforcement system with the school’s system.

A simple checklist consisting of a list of the desired behaviors and a place for assignments that can be checked off, along with space for special notes, works best.

Management Information System
Management Information System (MIS) is a planned system of collecting, storing, and disseminating data in the form of information needed to carry out the functions of management. This tutorial covers the concepts related to information and provides a detailed coverage on MIS and other major enterprise-level systems. You will also learn how these systems help in the decision-making process, which is critical to any business enterprise.
