Components of Cloud Computing Architecture
There are the following components of cloud computing architecture -
1. Client Infrastructure
Client Infrastructure is a Front end component. It provides GUI (Graphical User Interface)  to interact with the cloud.
2. Application
The application may be any software or platform that a client wants to access.
3. Service
A Cloud Services manages that which type of service you access according to the client’s requirement.
Cloud computing offers the following three type of services:
i. Software as a Service (SaaS) – It is also known as cloud application services. Mostly, SaaS applications run directly through the web browser means we do not require to download and install these applications. Some important example of SaaS is given below –
Example: Google Apps, Salesforce Dropbox, Slack, Hubspot, Cisco WebEx.

Organizations can successfully manage change—and make sure the changes stick. BCG explains the impact of the Change Delta
They were wrong. It soon became obvious that employees, less than engaged, were more likely to roll their eyes than roll up their sleeves when the new change requirements were explained to them. "Change fatigue" was ubiquitous. After all, the current effort was just the latest in a long string of change efforts—few of which had succeeded.
Even more worrisome: proof of resistance was everywhere, confidence in the company's senior management was low, and there was little clarity concerning the factors by which employees were measured. Long story short: the changes went nowhere fast. In that respect, the energy company was no different from the myriads of other organizations that fail to do a proper job of delivering transformational changes.
Today, the company's story is quite different. The targeted savings have been achieved—and are being sustained. Many of the company's functions are cost-effective, thanks largely to motivated in-house teams of line managers. The key initiatives are explicitly defined and owned, and managers know which milestones the organization must achieve and when, as well as which course corrections they must make if a milestone is likely to be missed.

Support Student Learning in a Digital Learning Environment
What is communication (and what isn’t it)?
The P21 framework emphasizes the effective use of oral, written, and nonverbal communication skills for multiple purposes (e.g., to inform, instruct, motivate, persuade, and share ideas). It also focuses on effective listening, using technology to communicate, and being able to evaluate the effectiveness of communication efforts—all within diverse contexts (adapted from P21). Note that working in partners is a great way to collaborate or build shared understanding but a critical part of communication is sharing with an authentic audience.
Example strategies that use technology to support communication in the classroom:

Host a TED-style conference or showcases for your students to present original ideas on a topic of interest to them to an authentic, external audience. Record and post the videos to a youtube stream.
Provide opportunities to listen and ask questions through backchannel tools like Today’s Meet or even Twitter.

Have your students publish their work through blogs, by creating websites, and by building other online resources that are shared with authentic audiences.
For other ideas see the resources below.

How to Search Google Images by the Exact Size
ref:https://www.labnol.org/internet/google-image-size-search/26902/#:~:text=Here's%20how.,that%20match%20the%20specified%20size.The “exact size” search option is no longer available in Google Image Search but you can still limit your image searches to a particular size by using the secret imagesize search operator in the query itself.
Here’s how.
Go to images.google.com and enter the search terms as before. Then append imagesize:WIDTHxHEIGHT to your query and hit Enter. Google Images will remove the operator from the query but the results will only display images that match the specified size.

Organizational Supports for ADHD Students
Primer text from the College of William & Mary.https://education.wm.edu/centers/ttac/documents/packets/adhd.pdfMany students with ADHD have significant difficulties with organization.
They are more likely to respond positively when teachers establish class routines and set procedures and maintain a well-organized learning environment. Clear rules and advanced planning are keys to success for teachers of students with ADHD.The following organizational supports are particularly useful. Students should be taught to use these tools through teacher modeling and guided practice with feedback before being expected to use them more independently.Assignment Notebook: Provide the student with an assignment notebook to helporganize homework and seatwork.Color-Coded Folders: Provide the student with color-coded folders to helporganize assignments for different academic subjects.Homework Partners: Assign the student a partner who can help record

Social and Emotional Safety
Creating a safe climate takes time and work. These are some of the most important components:

Active teaching of social-emotional skills
Attention to creating positive relationships
Bullying prevention and intervention
Community building
Explicit focus on understanding and appreciating differences
Meaningful conflict resolution
Teaching students to challenge bias and exclusion

Critical Component #5: Values-Based Classroom Management
Classroom management is central to classroom culture. Classroom management systems must support safe, inclusive communities by promoting high standards for respectful interaction; incorporating student-generated classroom norms; teaching conflict resolution; and actively addressing all instances of bias, bullying, exclusion, or disrespect.
Disciplinary incidents must transition from punishment to opportunities for growth, restitution, and community building. For community respect to be a core classroom value, students should not be cast out of the group but rather given the support needed to be positive, contributing members of their classroom community.
Finally, classroom management practices must reflect fairness, equity, and cultural awareness.
